Q?What happens if my computer breaks down?

A.WhyQ is a completely web-based product.  What this means is that your list is safe and secure no matter what happens to your hardware.  If your computer or Ipad should crash, simply log in on another device and your list will be immediately viewable.

Q?How much will it cost my Restaurant ?

A.The basic monthly subscription is a fixed fee per restaurant / month. This gives you web based access to your queue from any enabled device for:Queue ManagementThis allows you to add new customers to both your database and the queue; send and receive email, text or App messages; view and manage your current queue list.

Reporting

The daily dashboard will give you insight and key statistics from the day, including actual queuing times, number of repeat customers and the number of lost customers.

A.As well as bringing you more trade, this queueing system is all about making the life of your customer both simpler and more pleasurable.  We believe the best way of achieving this, is to make make sure that there is no charge to the customer.When your customer signs up for the App they will also have the option of opting in or out of alerts, messages and updates you may want to send them.

A.Once you’ve completed the 10 minute registration and the steps at “Set up your Restaurant”; your electronic queue will be ready to use immediately and your restaurant will be instantly searchable on the WhyQ App.
